Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 25, 2020

Welcome to LB Creates (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services through lbcreates.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

LB Creates provides a variety of creative services, including but not limited to:

• Custom Websites (e.g., domain setup, mobile/desktop versions, Google security, SEO, contact forms, calendars, payment systems)

• Branding (e.g., logos, color palettes, business names, email signatures, basic marketing strategies)

• Print Design (e.g., business cards, flyers, packaging, banners, signs, posters, envelopes, letterheads)

All services are customized based on client needs and are defined in the project scope before work begins.

2. Project Process & Timeline

Our process typically includes:

1. Free consultation

2. Quote and project scope provided

3. Client approval and invoice issued

4. Payment and asset submission

5. Design and development

6. Review and revisions

7. Final approval and delivery

Estimated timelines:

• Websites: 3–6 weeks

• Branding: 1–4 weeks

• Print: 1–3 weeks

Note: Timelines may extend depending on the complexity of the project, specific requests made by the client, and the client’s responsiveness in providing feedback and necessary assets.

3. Payment Terms

Clients must choose one of the following payment options:

• Full Payment Upfront: 100% of the total cost is due before any work begins.

• Split Payment: 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before any final deliverables are released.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card.

Alternative payments we accpet that take a little longer are: PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp.

4. Revisions

• Projects include a set number of revisions based on the package or service.

• Website packages typically include 2 rounds of drafts.

• Print design usually includes 3–5 initial concepts.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide content, images, and other materials in a timely manner

• Give prompt feedback on drafts and revisions

• Approve or request changes within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in providing necessary information may lead to project timeline extensions and/or rescheduling.

6. Deliverables & Ownership

Final deliverables will only be provided once the full payment has been received. Upon completion and payment, the client receives the rights to use the final designs. LB Creates retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If no work has started, refunds may be issued at the discretion of LB Creates.

• If a project is canceled midway by the client, LB Creates retains the deposit.

8. Final Payment & Delivery

Final files, site access, or any project hand-off will only occur once full payment is received. This includes split-payment arrangements where 50% is paid upfront.

9. Liability

LB Creates is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered services

• Errors or issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting services used in your project after delivery

• Delays caused by lack of communication or late client responses

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
